This colorful water bottle holder with Insul Bright batting keeps beverages cold during summer hikes and picnics. The front of the holder features foundation-pieced sun-rays and shade while the back has cool ocean water under a pastel summer sky. Appliqued leaves adorn both sides of the bottle.
Fluttering Floral Fantasy

Delicate flowers and butterflies were created using raw-edge applique on a pale green background which was then quilted intensely with leaves, vines, plumes and pebbles. Colorful rhinestones enhanced the flowers, adding sparkle to the appliqued petals.

This design was inspired by childhood memories of walking in the beautiful gardens of the Central Experimental Farm in Ottawa, Canada.
